OUYA rushes into retail stores

Missed out on that incredibly successful Kickstarter? Feel like Android gaming on your TV is that one thing missing from your life? Then fret no further! The OUYA is officially available today (6/26) from major retailers like GameStop, Best Buy and Amazon. Retailing for $99, you get the console itself, an HDMI cable and a wireless controller.

Atari legal issues force Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition offline

It was great to see the classic role-playing game Baldur's Gatereturn in new form on PC, Mac, and iOS, but contractual issues have forced the removal of Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition from Beamdog's website and Apple's App Store.

PS Vita gets its own 'Indie Games' category on PSN

The Indie Games category recently introduced on the PlayStation Store last month for PlayStation 3 has been brought over the PS Vita and is now live. With over 50 indie titles "currently in development" for the PS Vita, "with more on the way," this should help Vita owners easily discover the latest indie games available on Sony's handheld device.

BioShock Infinite DLC still being worked on, says Levine

That BioShock Infinite DLC you're all clamoring for? Don't worry, it's still being developed. Through his Twitter account, series creator Ken Levin offered a little update on the much-anticipated DLC to what is one of the best games of all-time. Basically, he said that it's being worked on, and that game development takes time, so have some patience.

Why the Xbox One doesn't include a headset

The Xbox One won't include a headset due to the inclusion of the new Kinect peripheral, Microsoft explained. Although the Xbox One does support a headset, which is sold separately, the reason it's not included is because the Kinect already comes bundled with the system, and has a built-in microphone to allow you to chat with friends.
