The Room 2 updates to support iPhone and iPod Touch this Thursday

This Thursday, you won't need an iPad to play Fireproof Games' sequel to its acclaimed physical puzzler The Room.

The developer is updating The Room 2 to a universal app on Jan. 30. You'll be able to play it on any iPhone 4S or fifth generation iPod Touch or newer devices, according to a tweet today.

Apparently, the Android version is undergoing testing and should be out in three weeks.

Apple named the original The Room its iPad Game of the Year in 2012. It's sold over 2 million copies across platforms. The Room 2 debuted in mid-December.
