The Shire from Lord of the Rings recreated in Minecraft is amazing

It's a thing of beauty.

Minecraft players can be split up into a couple of categories, there are the people who can't build anything, the people that only dig holes and the people that can recreate or build anything in the game. We have seen Game of Throne's Westeros built, BioShock's 'Rapture' built in the game and a fully functional 1KB Hard Drive built in-game.

Long story short, there are some people who are simply amazing at creating things in Minecraft. Now, someone that goes by Fornad on Reddit has created Hobbiton-Bywater, Bilbo’s Bag End, Ted Sandyman’s Old Mill in Hobbiton, and other villages in the Shire: Greenfields, Sackville, Woodhall, Stock, and Scary.

Fornad and his crew plan on doing all of Middle-earth eventually, but Hobbiton is a great start. You might remember a group of Minecrafters that planned on building middle-earth in Minecraft and it turns out that Fornad's group has a couple of people from that crew.

Take a look at some of the screenshot below! If you're wondering what the texture pack is, it's the Conquest Shaderpack.
