The Surge will have PS4 Pro and Project Scorpio support, not coming to Nintendo Switch (for now)

The Surge is an upcoming Action-RPG that takes heavy inspiration from the Souls series and plunges it into a Sci-Fi universe. The game is currently slated to launch on PC, PS4, and Xbox One, but DualShockers thought to ask developer Deck13 about the possibility of a Nintendo Switch version. In short, don't hold your breath.

Deck13 Managing Director Jan Klose said:

"We love the Switch but right now our focus is on PC, Xbox and PlayStation. This might change in the future, but there’s nothing on the horizon as of yet."

On the bright side, the developers confirmed that they are working on PS4 Pro and Project Scorpio support for the game, but couldn't offer specifics on either.

The Surge releases on PC, PS4, and Xbox One on May 16th, 2016.
