As we've already pointed out, February is a pretty big month for the Xbox One, PS4, and Wii U. But the month is starting off pretty slow, actually. Aside from the highly anticipated release of the second episode of Telltale Games' Game of Thrones series, there's not much else going on for the consoles. Things will surely pickup as the month progresses, but for now, here's what you have to look forward to this week.
Game of Thrones: Episode 2 – The Lost Lords (PS4: Feb. 3 | Xbox One: Feb. 4)
After a fairly lengthy break, Telltale Games' Game of Thrones series returns this week with the release of Episode 2: The Lost Lords. The second episode seemingly picks up where the first left off, but also looks to introduce new characters to story.
The Lost Lords is the second episode of Telltale's six part series which focuses on House Forrester, a noble house from the Wolfswood in the north of Westeros. The events in Telltale's series begin towards the end of Season Three of the HBO TV show, and end right before the beginning of Season Five. In the game you'll play as five members of House Forrester; either a direct family member, or a person in service to the house. Characters are scattered across Westeros and Essos, each playing a part in seeking to save House Forrester from destruction.

Apotheon – PS4 – February 3rd
Apotheon is a 2D action sidescroller that's releasing for PlayStation 4 this week. What's neat is that it's actually part of Sony's PlayStation Plus lineup for February, meaning it'll be free for anyone who is a PS Plus member. Created in the visage of ancient greek pottery, Apotheon sees you take up arms, climb Mount Olympus, and take the Gods' divine powers for yourself to ensure mankind's survival. For more information regarding combat and gameplay, check out the initial announcement.
PS Plus and Games with Gold
As a reminder, the first week of February means the debut of a new lineup of free games for PlayStation Plus members. For PS4, you'll Transistor and Apotheon.
For Xbox One, February's Games with Gold title is #IDARB, short for It Draws a Red Box). Although technically a February release, #IDARB was made available last week. It can be purchased for $14.99 or downloaded for free if you are an Xbox LIVE Gold member.
That's all this week folks. Not a terribly busy week, but considering January was a fairly busy month you might have some games in your backlog. Dying Light might be worth checking out too. Here's our review for the game, which was released last week on Xbox One and PS4.
