The Witch and the Hundred Knight pegged for late March release

NIS America announced today that The Witch and the Hundred Knight will launch next year for PlayStation 3 on March 25.

The action role-playing game will be available for purchase at retail and from the PlayStation Store. The story follows the witch Metallia, who makes a deal with the Hundred Knight to spread her swamp throughout the land of Medea.

Players control the Hundred Knight and obey the witch's commands, destroying the pillars that constrain her swamp and learning more about her motives.

Up to five weapons can be equipped at one time to build different combos in battle, and the Mystical Dodge feature enables players to slow down time to avoid enemy attacks. You can also consume foes to stay in Metallia's service longer.
