The Witcher 3: Hearts of Stone DLC starting level confirmed

With approximately 10 hours of extra content coming to The Witcher 3 with the Hearts of Stone expansion, players were wondering exactly when we would be able to play it and when the story arc would take place in respect to the main story.

The game's community manager Marcin Momot addressed this on twitter yesterday by saying you will need to be level 30 or higher in order to take part in the DLC; but, it can be completed either during or after the main story.

If you have already completed the game, the quests will also level up to New Game plus as well.

There is still no release date on Hearts of Stone yet, but it will be released on both Xbox One and PS4. It will be followed by the Blood and Wine DLC which will feature 20 hours of story content.
