The Witcher 3 is a great game, but sometimes you really do have to take the good with the bad. The bad being the plethora of bugs the game is riddled with, despite some of them resulting in legitimately hilarious outcomes (Roach running on two legs anyone?). Fortunately, CD Projekt RED has always been great about patching their games, and (as promised) they have just launched Patch 1.22 on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
The changelog is quite lengthy, so if you're interested in checking it out in full, you can head over here. Otherwise, here are the highlights.
- Fixes issue whereby Corvo Bianco upgrades would not complete if players left Toussaint while an upgrade was in progress.
- Fixes issue whereby Roach would not move during the quest "The Warble of a Smitten Knight."
- Fixes issue whereby Roach's tail could vanish
- Fixes issue whereby pressing 'O' would add an unlimited number of Decoy gwent cards
- Fixes issue whereby a noblewoman in red would sometimes follow Geralt everywhere he goes.
- Fixes issue whereby body parts would sometimes remain suspended in mid-air after an enemy exploded.
Now this won't happen to you anymore! Though, I'm not sure whether to be sad or happy about that.
