CD Projekt Red has made it very clear that they plan on supporting The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt with a mix of free DLC and paid "massive" expansions. The first of the two mammoth sized expansions is Hearts of Stone, this DLC will be around 10-hours long and will take us into the wild's of No Man's Land and the alleys of Oxenfurt.
The expansion was teased by CD Projekt Red not too long ago: "Caught in a thick tangle of deceit, Geralt will need all his cunning and strength to solve the mystery and emerge unscathed."
CD Projekt Red gave us an official glimpse at the upcoming expansions with an official image teasing both campaigns. When the image first surfaced its legitimacy was questioned, but Community Lead Marcin Momot has confirmed the legitimacy of the image.
The Hearts of Stone image seems to be hinting at the return of Shani from the original Witcher game. Shani never made an appearance in The Witcher 3, but she was referenced to in the game.
The Expansion Pass, which includes both expansions, is priced at $24.99. Alternatively, you can purchase each expansion separately, though it'll cost you a bit more. Hearts of Stone is priced at $9.99, while Blood and Wine will cost $19.99.
