The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt New Game Plus DLC arrives on Xbox Live

Two weeks ago, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt received an update that paved the way for the game's New Game +, which will be the final piece of free DLC for the game. While, CD Projekt Red's Community Lead Marcin Momot confirmed that the New Game Plus DLC "should arrive on all platforms by tomorrow the latest," it seems that Microsoft has either jumped the gun or had first dibs on the content.

The Xbox Live Store has been updated with the DLC, so you can grab it now if you've got the game on Xbox One. PlayStation 4 and PC players will have to wait until the DLC rolls out across all of the available platforms.

The New Game Plus mode will allow players that are level 30 or higher to re-experience the game, carrying on as the same level, along with their items, alchemy recipes and money. If you finished the game before hitting level 30, you'll be bumped up to 30. The only items that don't carry over to New Game Plus are quest items, books and letters, Gwent cards, usable items, and trophies. Enjoy your time fighting against new enemies.
