The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt patch 1.06 released on PC

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt's latest patch — hot fix 1.06 — has been released, and should now be available to download on PC. While there were no major issues following the release of patch 1.05, today's hot fix addresses some of the minor problems, like fixing the endless loading screen during the quest "Lord of Undvik". Check out the patch notes below:

  • Fixes the endless loading screen when fighting the Ice Giant during the quest 'Lord of Undvik'
  • Geralt's clothes will no longer be wet after leaving the menu
  • The gate in the crypt now works correctly during the quest 'Scavenger Hunt: Viper School Gear'
  • Fixes the lack of interaction with Roche on Oxenfurt Bridge in the quest 'Get Junior'
  • Fixes an issue that prevented players from creating more than one item via Crafting/Alchemy
CD Projekt Red says a new patch for the console versions is on the way as well, but didn't provide a timeframe. The console patch will include some additional changes to address the save game issue and the money cap.
