The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt's massive patch (1.10) has begun rolling out and should now be available for download on your console.
It's a hefty one, checking in at around 15GB on consoles, but it does pack some impressive changes — about 600 of them, including fixes for quests, optimizations for a smother experience, over one hundred fifty stability improvements, and much, much more.
Unfortunately, with these fixes does come a pretty big bug. CD Projekt RED has confirmed reports of DLC items and schematics disappearing in New Game + with the new patch. The developer has assured players that they are working on a fix and will roll it out as soon as possible.
"In the meantime please hold on to your saves from before the patch," CD Projekt RED urges.
The affected DLC items include:
- Temerian Armor Set
- Beard and Hairstyle Set
- Nilfgaardian Armor Set
- New Quest – "Scavenger Hunt: Wolf School Gear"
- New Quest – "Contract: Skellige's Most Wanted"
- Elite Crossbow Set
- Skellige Armor Set
- New Quest – "Where the Cat and Wolf Play…"
