The Witness puzzle count up to 595

The Witness, Jonathan Blow's upcoming game for the PlayStation 4, is now up to 595 puzzles on its island. Blow provided a a brief Island Snapshot, revealing the new puzzle count while also touching on a few things the other devs are working on.

"Luis has been doing a lot of work lately on the mountain and especially the stuff at the top," Blow said. "Other folks have been doing a bunch of work on things that are not as obvious in this picture!"

It's a pretty vague update, but the sheer number of puzzles that will be in the game sure is exciting. Earlier this month, Blow also hinted that The Witness could be getting Oculus Rift support, though nothing has been confirmed.

The Witness doesn't yet have a release date for the PlayStation 4, though it has been described as a "timed exclusive," meaning it could also eventually makes its way over to the Xbox One or other platforms.
