First off, just saying “maize maze” is fun; I’m just putting that out there. Secondly this massive Canadian maize maze is not only a ‘thing,’ it’s a world’s largest thing. This field has been accepted by the Guinness Book of World Records as the “World’s Largest QR Code.” Yea.
The Kraay family of Lacombe, Alberta, Canada, is known for their elaborate corn maze designs. They’ve been doing this for 13 years and have gotten prettttty good at it by this point. What a thing to be known for as a family. This recording breaking field is approximately 29,000 meters (1.1 miles).
In case you’re wondering (I know I was) the code actually works. The QR code will take you to the Kraay family farm page.
Maize maze.
