The Ball Aimed at XBLA and PSN

The Ball only just hit Steam recently, but the developer is already eyeing a console release as well.

“We think the game would do really well on a console,” Toetl Studios’ Sjoerd de Jong told GameZines. “We regularly play the game ourselves with an Xbox 360 pad hooked up to the PC and it’s a blast with a controller. We think the game is a perfect fit for the either PSN and/or XBLA, so we are going to work towards getting the game out on at least one of those two.”

Of course, wanting and hoping are different than actually doing. Take Runic for example, and their plans to release Torchlight on XBLA by the end of the year. Time’s almost up, homeslices!
