THE
GABRIEL KNIGHT(tm) CONCLAVE LIVE

 

BELLEVUE,
WA (June 28, 2000) – The Gabriel Knight Conclave virtual fan convention,
the first fan-organized, internet-based gathering for enthusiasts
of Jane Jensen’s critically acclaimed adventure series, was announced
today. Gabriel Knight fans from all over the world will log into the
exclusive live interactive webcast hosted by the computer gaming webshow,
"The Game Dive." A special group of fans will be in Seattle, WA, to
meet creator Jane Jensen, as well as composer
Robert Holmes and members of the
development team of the third game, Blood of the Sacred, Blood of the Damned(tm).

 

"The
Game Dive" will be using eCommunication technology provided by WorldStream
to bring the convention to the world. The webcast will last for two
hours, starting at 1:30pm PDT. Fans will be able to listen to the show live,
chat with others worldwide and view images of the Seattle event. Gabriel
Knight adventure fans can pre-Register to watch the live broadcast, at

and receive an email reminder to tune in.

Gabriel Knight event is being held at the Hotel Edgewater, Saturday July

The
award-winning trilogy, published by Sierra On-Line, began in 1993 with the
first title, Gabriel Knight(r) Sins of the Fathers(r). Gabriel Knight(r)
II: The Beast Within(tm) was released in 1995, and
named game of the year by Computer Gaming
World magazine. Gabriel Knight III: Blood of the Sacred, Blood
of the Damned was released in 1999 and received Adventure Game of the Year
honors from Computer Games magazine and CNET’s Gamecenter. Jensen has also
written two novels based on the Gabriel Knight Adventure series.
