Theme park management is back with RollerCoaster Tycoon World; coming 2015

RollerCoaster Tycoon is coming back for the PC!

RollerCoaster Tycoon World will put us back to managing the theme park of our dreams. Announced (and published) by Atari and developed Pipeworks Software, the game will feature everything we loved about the previous games and new features. If you're looking to play with friends, up to four players will be able to manage one giant amusement park in multiplayer or you can just visit other parks (to steal their ideas, you thief you).

If you are scared that this game will be pay-to-win, the answer is no. Just, no. RollerCoaster Tycoon World won't derail you with any microtransactions.

There's only one thing making us (read: me) hesitant over this announcement, the original game creator, Chris Sawyer, hasn't been announced as a part of the project. Maybe this time park goers will be able to find the bathroom, maybe they won't mysteriously vanish in a lake.

We will be seeing this game release sometime in 2015.

How do you feel about this announcement? Let me know!
