Theories: Injustice 2 ‘Fighter Pack 1’ DLC revealed, but who are the other characters?

Earlier today the first set of DLC characters for Injustice 2 were revealed, but at the same time, another set of DLC characters were teased. Now, these could be placeholder put in place to mess with us or they could be upcoming DLC. Heck, we could even be looking at a mix of the two!

Now the teaser clear shows Raiden and Black Manta, but who else is in there?

On the far right, it looks like a female figure with a lasso. The game already has Wonder Woman, so it would have to be another lasso-wielding female superhero or perhaps one that has a sash on the side.

On the left of Sub-Zero and right of Black Manta's silhouette, if you look closely that silhouette has little bumps on their head. These could be Batman-like horns or something else. On the right of Red Hood is a mystery and the far left is as well (though it could be Beast Boy or maybe Nightwing).
