These two new Xbox 360 controllers are chrome-tacular

Xbox 360's controller is getting the "Pimp My Ride" treatment — chrome all of the things! Today, Microsoft unveiled two new colors in its line of Xbox 360 Special Edition Chrome Series Wireless Controllers: black and purple.

I'm not one for fancy controllers (aside from the Titanfall Xbox One controller — that thing is sick!) but I suppose these new colors will find a lovely home.

Both colors will be available worldwide beginning in March for $54.99. The black chrome controller is available in the U.S. exclusively at Walmart and the Microsoft store, while the purple controller is exclusive to Best Buy and the Microsoft store. Choose your allegiance.
