This Christmas, celebrate by killing yourself slowly with ‘A Christmas Story 2’ trailer

I still can't believe this is an actual thing. Confirming my notions as this being the worst, most evil creation that humankind has ever had, A Christmas Story 2 trailer released recently — it's as bad as I thought it would be. Ralphie looks like he's wearing the worst toupee ever, there's cheezy sound effects all over the trailer, there's not clever humor, the acting is awful, and it destroys one of the most beloved movies ever. It's on YouTube and has 7,421 dislikes, but it looks like 357 are welcoming the apocolypse with open arms, because 357 people like the trailer. Some people just wanna watch the world burn.

I can't believe that actors actually decided to sign on for this. I refuse to believe. Who reads this script and thinks "Gee, that'll be a good career move!" That's why I'm convinced someone is holding their families hostage.

If you want to ruin the rest of your day, watch the trailer. Just be warned, you'll have to scrub your eyes with bleach afterwards. A Christmas Story 2 releases on October 30, 2012 on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital Download — a full two months earlier than the Mayans predicted.
