This week’s PC Gaming Show features +50 games & a surprise by ATLUS

The annual PC Gaming Show event by PC Gamer is taking place this weekend, June 13 at 11 AM PT. More than 50 games will be shown in the show, already known and new games alike. Major Japanese game company also teased that they will be present and share some exciting news!

If you’re gaming on your home desktop rig or laptop, make absolutely sure to tune into this week’s PC Gaming Show. The show done by the titular PC Gamer publication has been ongoing for a few years now and took place during E3 season. Thankfully, despite this year’s E3 being canceled, PC Gamer is pushing forward with its own show and it looks to be bigger than ever.

And with the major hole left behind with E3, gamers are obviously looking forward to being stunned with great gaming news and announcements on the remaining and new events. ATLUS is teasing exciting news for the PC Gaming Show, so naturally, the rumor mills have started turning.

ATLUS, of course, is even more interesting since it’s the last major Japanese company that has yet to embrace the PC platform as a major release target. Neither of their popular franchises like Persona, Shin Megami Tensei, or the large treasure trove of console-only titles have enjoyed a presence on the PC.

Are they going to announce that their most recent smash hit Persona 5 Royal is getting a PC port? Or are we looking at yet another disappointment in the form of “merely” publishing an external project? Then there’s of course the possibility of classic ATLUS titles getting a PC port. Nonetheless, we won’t have to wait very long to learn for ourselves.

With the unprecedented port of Catherine Classic from early last year, maybe we are indeed at the cusp of a strategy shift by the iconic Japanese studio. At least we hope for the sake of PC gamers.
