Teri Manby — vice president, corporate controller, and chief accounting officer at THQ — resigned from her position last week and will remain on board until July 6.
Her departure comes at a crucial juncture, as recently hired president Jason Rubin (co-founder of Naughty Dog) told Joystiq just recently that the company now had "the appropriate number of teams and the appropriate number of people working on products, and we're not gonna be continuing to cut teams."
CFO Paul Pucino will now act as chief accounting officer, and Rose Cunningham has assumed the role of vice president and corporate controller.
Manby was with THQ since 2008.
