Three more join cast of Pirates of the Caribbean 5

Pirates of the Caribbean 5, also known by its official title Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, has added three more actors to its cast. The film, obviously the fifth in the franchise, has Johnny Depp returning as Captain Jack Sparrow. Dead Men Tell No Tales is releasing in 2017 and being produced by Jerry Bruckheimer,

The three new actors joining the cast are Adam Brown (Ori in The Hobbit trilogy), Delroy Atkinson and Danny Kirrane (Automata). No word on their characters yet, as well as the plot of the film. That said, there are rumors that the story will be about Orlando Bloom's character from the first three films, Will Turner, who was last seen as Davy Jones, and his son. It is also rumored that Orlando Bloom and Geoffrey Rush will be returning as their roles — Turner and Hector Barbosa. Already signed on for the movie is Brenton Thwaites (The Giver) and Kaya Scodelario (The Maze Runner), as well as Javier Bardem for the film's villain.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales opens on July 7, 2017.
