Three New Titles Coming From Cave

Makoto Asada, development head for Cave (DoDonPachi, Espgaluda II), has announced the studio will be holding an event in February to officially unveil at least three new titles.

In February of this year, Cave announced Guwange for Xbox Live Arcade and Death Smiles II at Microsoft’s Xbox 360 Shoooooting Festa 2010 event in Akihabara. Both games are now available.

Details are forthcoming, but it seems the event will be open to the public. Hopefully some of Cave’s bigger titles will finally be seeing the proper Xbox 360 release they deserve, as Microsoft has previously prevented a handful from being published outside of Japan.
