Tiny Plumbers enters beta, gets awesome trailer

Last year, a game titled Tiny Plumbers popped up on our radar. The alpha trailer showcased some cool platforming gameplay, awesome minimalist graphics, and sweet chiptunes. The whole thing is clearly inspired by the classic Mario series, and it looks to provide a tasteful platforming experience of its own.

Tiny Plumbers has since entered beta, and you can download the latest version for $5. By putting down your payment, you're also guaranteed a download of the full game when it launches. Plus, you'll also score some sweet goodies such as wallpapers, "secret cool stuff", and more.

Check out the latest trailer from developer Robot<3Kitty. The whole thing is a comedic spoof of the Mario series. There's some nice tongue-in-cheek humor, as well as some awesome dancing by Tony the plumber, who happens to be the star of the video.

If you're a fan of 2D platformers, it goes without saying that you should be watching out for this one. If you've got the spare cash, you may want to pre-purchase your copy of Tiny Plumbers, as the full version will be priced at $10 when it launches.
