Titanfall beta signups require only that you own an Xbox One or PC

Where the heck is the Titanfall beta information!? For the past week developer Respawn Entertainment and the studio's co-founder Vince Zampella have teased us with nuggets regarding the highly antcipated game's beta — espected to become available this week.

Just as recently as last night Zampella took to Twitter to inform his followers that there "should" be news today, while also confirming "there will be signups."

Naturally, this caused pandemonium among fans worried they'd miss the signups because they can't follow the Twitter machine all day. It didn't help that Zampella reiterated that this won't be "an open beta by any standards."

"If it were up to me I would let most of you in (always a few bad apples)," he added, responding to fans upset with the news. "Sadly, we have restrictions that we couldn't avoid."

On the plus side, Respawn Entertainment did reveal that the only requirement for signing up is that you own an Xbox One or PC. So at least you won't have to jump through any hoops to sign up. We'll be sure to let you know when the beta signups for Titanfall go live.
