Titanfall delayed for Xbox 360

Electronic Arts has just announced that the Xbox 360 version of Titanfall has been delayed. Originally due out on March 11 alongside the Xbox One and PC versions (March 13 in Europe), Titanfall will now release for Xbox 360 on March 25 in North American and March 28 in Europe.

It's worth noting that the Xbox 360 version is being developed by Bluepoint, not Respawn Entertainment, which is handling the Xbox One and PC versions. In a post today, EA's Patrick Soderlund explained that the delay will give Bluepoint "the time they need to put the finishing touches on the current-gen version of the game."

"The extra two weeks will ensure the full world of Xbox gamers has an awesome experience," he added. "All three platforms have the amazing intensity and dynamic gameplay between Titans and Pilots and we can't wait to see what everyone thinks when they start playing the full game next month."

Unfortunately, there was no mention of a beta for the game, which is expected to launch on November 14th.
