Earlier this year, Xbox and PC gamers saw the release of the first-person mech shooter Titanfall. Developed by Respawn Entertainment and published by EA, the game has since hit eight million players and gained tons of extra content via game updates and DLC.
While the player base enjoys the added content, Respawn doesn't exactly love all the work it takes. Respawn CEO Vince Zampella sat down with GameInformer and discussed their hardships, the future of Titanfall, and another game not related to Titanfall.
When it comes to DLC, they dont "necessarily" have any planned — they would really like to move on to the next game, but keeping up with new content is "debilitating" when it comes to their new game. When it comes to the new game(s), here's what we know:
The deal with Microsoft and EA only covered the first Titanfall game, so, from here on out – we can expect anything. If you're looking to see the next project from Respawn – don't expect to see it at E3.
