Titanfall will remain an Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC exclusive, EA has finally confirmed. Speaking to a group of investors asking about the possibilities of Respawn's highly anticipated shooter making its way to PlayStation platforms, EA CFO Blake Jorgensen said, "It's exclusive only, for the life of the title, on Xbox One and Xbox 360 and PCs."
In response to the news, Respawn's Vance Zampella tweeted, "Always MS exclusive at launch, great partner and focus is good for a startup. EA made a deal for the rest, we only found out recently =("

When asked by fans if Respawn will ever make games for the PS4, Zampella responded, "Of course we will, just not the first Titanfall."
There you have it. Titanfall is not coming to the PlayStation 4. Sequels may very well make it to PlayStation platforms, but at least this first title will remain forever a Xbox and PC exclusive. So for those PS4 owners looking to get their hands on this badass shooter, you'll probably have to get it on PC (unless you plan on purchasing both next-gen systems).
In the same call to investors, EA also assured that Titanfall will not only be "highly rated, but very highly rated."
