Tokyo Ghoul Season 2 hits North America today

The studio (Pierrot) that brought us Bleach, YuYu Hakusho and Naruto has finally begun the second season of Tokyo Ghoul in North America.

If you don't know what I'm talking about, Tokyo Ghoul is an extra bloody supernatural anime set in (you guessed it) modern day Tokyo. In this supernatural show, there are monsters called Ghouls. The Ghouls appear as your typical human being, but they hunger insatiably for the flesh of humans.

The main character of the anime is Ken Kaneki, a young man that becomes the first Ghoul-human half breed. In Season 2 of Tokyo Ghoul you won't find the anime following the manga, it will be filled with new materials (from character interactions to the end)

If you're into bloody action anime with a supernatural twist…You've got to check it out and follow the internal battle Kaneki faces.

You can catch the new season on Funimation every Thursday at a price or through other sources on web (trust me, there definitely are links out there).
