Tom Clancy’s The Division is getting a lot of hate on Steam

Recent user reviews are 'Mostly Negative'

Ouch. It's known that Tom Clancy's The Division has issues, but this just seems like overkill. The game has accrued a "Mixed" reception overall since launch to the tune of only a 54% positive user score out of over 27,000 user reviews. But over the last 30 days, that number has declined sharply into "Mostly Negative" territory as only 29% of players have given the game a positive rating.

Things don't look much better in the "Most Helpful Reviews" section, despite some very clever wording. Here are a few of the highlights:

Imagine getting promised a Ferrari, getting delivered an Audi, drive it for a month and find out its a Honda, a day later turning out to be a lemon.

There's also a couple of ASCII pictures showing Ubisoft taking a dump on the game and/or pooping out the Dark Zone, so suffice it to say, the fans have been creative.

Much has been made about the game's problems, specifically with cheaters and hackers for PC players. One Networking specialist believes that the game needs a complete re-write on PC while Ubisoft has continued to try to fight back against cheaters and hackers.
