Tomb Raider discounted purchase on Steam with Pre-Purchase rewards available

Even though it isn't available until March 2013, Steam (the PC platform) has a 10% discount on the new Tomb Raider game from Crystal Dynamics, Square Enix and Eidos Interactive. If you pre-purchase Tomb Raider, you'll get it for $44.99 instead of the usual $49.99. There are also three pre-purchase rewards that unlock as more people pre-purchase the game. The rewards are:

  1. Reward 1:  A free copy of Lara Croft and the Guardian of the Light. Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light is the first ever co-op multiplayer action/adventure game featuring Lara Croft. Begin an adventure combining the hallmarks of the Tomb Raider franchise, including exploration and discovery, platforming, and puzzle solving combined with character progression, fun fast-paced combat, and elements of human cooperation and competition. Already own it? Gift it to a friend!
  2. Reward 2:  Everything Above, Plus: The Challenge Tomb DLC for Tomb Raider, an exclusive tomb for Lara to raid! In this new location, Lara will encounter all new environment puzzles that will test her abilities.
  3. Reward 3:  Everything Above, Plus: The Endurance DLC Pack for Tomb Raider. Be amongst the first to experience The Endurance DLC pack. Final details will be revealed in January 2013.
Unfortunately, at the time of this article, only 87% of Reward 1 has been unlocked.
