Last year, all we had was speculation on whether or not there would be more Tony Hawk games on the way. After a series of clues, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 5 was confirmed to exist last month, the skating game is set to release on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One this year, and on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 "shortly" after.
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 5 will be going back to "Pro Skater roots" with combo-driven skateboarding and objectives, with an online multiplayer twist. There will be tons of old-school moves mixed in with new combos an room for you to build (and share) your own skateparks.
You will be able to play as Tony Hawk, Nyjah Huston, Riley Hawk, Aaron “Jaws” Homoki, Ishod Wair, Leticia Bufoni, Chris Cole, David Gonzalez, Andrew Reynolds, and Lizzie Armanto — or you can customize your own character.
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 5 will be $60 on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and will be $20 dollars cheaper on the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 ($40).
