If you're still playing Skyrim, then firstly, congrats sticking with the game for so long, but secondly, you're probably enjoying the crap out of modding it. At least, if you're playing the PC version. If so, you might want to check out this upcoming mod which turns Skyrim's realistic visuals into a cartoon. The modder UniqueUses posted a few screenshots showing off the new look of the game, and they look fantastic!
Looking at these screenshots, it looks like better looking Runescape textures. The mod isn't available yet, though the creator of the mod wrote that he will be uploading this to the Nexus as soon as all the little kinks are ironed out, like missing textures.
While you wait for the mod to come out, here are some screenshots to hold you over. Seriously, this looks great!
