Top 5 Game Sales According to Amazon (11/7)

According to Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.co.jp’s publicly released information, Microsoft’s gamble with the Kinect appears to have paid off, as the new motion-sensing peripheral has ranked number one on Amazon.com’s customer base in its debut week.
