Amazon’s Best-Seller charts can be downright fascinating sometimes. Because of sales, region-specific audiences, and tons of the other factors, you usually end up with some interesting surprises. Take for example, the revival of Alan Wake in the US top 5, thanks to a sale which has a download code for the game for a few bucks. The UK charts are appropriately PS3-heavy, with Assassin’s Creed and Black Ops on PS3 charting high. The biggest oddity though is Two Worlds II charting not once, but twice on the Japanese charts – it seems Amazon shoppers in Japan are a Western RPG-loving bunch. And of course the biggest takeaway from these charts is that Just Dance 2 shows no signs of stopping its reign of chart-topping supremacy.
North America:
1. Just Dance 2 (Ubisoft, Wii)
2. Super Mario All-Stars: Limited Edition (Nintendo, Wii)
3. Call of Duty: Black Ops (Activision, X360)
4. Alan Wake – Full Game Download Code (Microsoft, X360)
5. Call of Duty: Black Ops (Activision, PS3)
Japan:
1. Two Worlds II (Ubisoft, PS3)
2. Monster Hunter Portable 3rd (Capcom, PSP)
3. Catherine (Atlus, PS3)
4. Tales of The World: Radiant Mythology 3 (Namco, PSP)
5. Two Worlds II (Ubisoft, 360)
UK:

2. Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood (Ubisoft, PS3)
3. Call of Duty: Black Ops (Activision, PS3)
4. Zumba Fitness (505 Games, Wii)
5. Forza 3 – Ultimate Edition (Microsoft, X360)
