Turn-based strategy game Hitman GO being developed for mobile devices

Square Enix Montreal announced today that they are developing Hitman GO for mobile devices, a turn-based strategy game based on the Hitman franchise.

Being developed for smartphones and tablets as something separate from the game being developed at IOI, Hitman GO will be feature a stylized diorama look. Square Enix Montreal wrote, "You will strategically navigate fixed spaces on a grid to avoid enemies and take out your target or infiltrate well-guarded locations. You really have to think about each move and all the Hitman tools of the trade you would expect are included; disguises, distractions, sniper rifles and even 47's iconic Silverballers."

Hitman GO is being developed by a small core team and is almost ready for launch. Stay tuned for more information in coming weeks.
