Two for one nostalgic overload with Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara

My childhood arcade experience can be summed up by the Dungeon and Dragons arcade games. I think I put the local arcade owners’ children through college with how much money I dumped into these machines. I LOVED THESE GAMES. Well, nostalgia be damned; as of today these games are downloadable on PC and consoles: Xbox LIVE, PSN, Wii U Shop, and Steam.

I’m chomping at the bit to play this. The two games Dungeons & Dragons: Tower of Doom and Dungeons & Dragons: Shadow over Mystara has been HD remastered into one beautiful slice of heaven – Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara. These RPG beat-em-ups takes all the melee, ranged, and magic attacks of the originals and makes them look way better in a drop in and out four player fantasy adventure.

Remember, this is D&D, NOT AD&D. You don’t necessarily play classes, you play a cleric, or elf, or dwarf… I love it. It is going for $15 and is out now. Watch the videos above and below. Why you’re at it, check out some of the key features below:
