Two new units for Total War: Warhammer detailed

Creative Assembly's next DLC for Total War: Warhammer is just around the corner and in preparation for that the devs have released two trailers for some of the new units players will get to wreck havoc with.

The two new units being added to Total War: Warhammer as part of the Call of the Beastmen expansion are the Minotaur and the their not so distant relative the Cygors, two huge massive beasts who exist to wreck havoc and cause chaos among their enemies.

These two units will mostly be used later in the game, Minotaur can be built at Tier 3 while Cygors will need you to reach Tier 5 before they can be built. Essentially, the two beasts are late game units which can be used to turn the tide of the war.

According to the official descriptions in the trailers, the Minotaur will be more like your traditional big brawler unit, they can be filled with blood lust and start going berserk. The Cygors on the other hand, lob huge rocks at the enemy while hunting for their spell casters since that's what Cygors are all about, killing spell casters.

Call of the BeastmenĀ is scheduled for release on July 28.
