Ubisoft Reflections allegedly working on new racing game ‘The Crew’

Earlier this month, Driver: San Francisco developer Ubisoft Reflections was rumored to be showing off a new game at E3. While we originally figured it would be in line with the highly successful Driver series, we have since learned that the studio is working on an entirely new racing game, reportedly called The Crew.

According to the ExaminerThe Crew is a "realistic" racing title, "possibly being positioned against Forza and Gran Turismo." The title is said to be in development for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4, with a possible release on current generation consoles. It's also being reported that Test Drive Unlimited studio Ivory Tower is co-developing the game.

Not much else is known about the supposed new game, but with E3 right around the corner, we expect to hear more. Earlier today, Ubisoft revealed their E3 plans, with company CEO referring to this year's show as a "pivotal moment for the video game industry."
