Ubisoft’s PAX Prime lineup announced, featuring two Wii U exclusives and a butt load of anticipated titles

Ubisoft has announced their plans for PAX Prime including their robust lineup of playable titles that will be present at the Seattle convention. The lineup includes diverse titles like Assassin's Creed 3, Far Cry 3, and Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Blacklist. In addition to those titles, Ubisoft will be showcasing two Wii U exclusives — Rayman Legends and ZombiU — and two upcoming shooters.

Assassin's Creed 3 will have a controlled demo on the show floor with the Assassin's Creed team on hand to give attendees the inside scoop on the development of the game during the PAX Prime Panel, which will be held at the Main Theater on Friday, August 31 from 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm.

Also at PAX will be an extended demo of Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Blacklist, which features Sam Fisher in control of the newly formed Fourth Echelon as he seeks out a group of rogue nations behind "The Blacklist", a series of escalating terrorist attacks on U.S. assets.

Also present will be both first and third person shooters. Far Cry 3 will have a single-player demo showcasing the open world environment. For the competitive players, ShootMania and Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Online will both be playable.

Lastly, with the Wii U's expected launch just around the corner, this will be one of the last few times you can go hands on with two Wii U exclusive titles before the new console releases. Players can go hands-on with Rayman Legends and ZombiU, two titles that both utilize the console's Wii U GamePad.

That's not all; Ubisoft is also offering some exclusive pre-order incentives for its big games. If you pre-order any of these titles at the show you can receive:

  • Assassin’s Creed III – Official T-shirt
  • Far Cry 3 – Official T-shirt
  • Rayman Legends – Official T-shirt
  • ShootMania Storm – Official T-shirt
  • Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Blacklist – Bullet-shaped light-up key chain
  • ZombiU – Official beanie

PAX Prime will be held in Seattle, Washington from August 31 to September 2, 2012.
