Ubisoft has confirmed development on another next-gen game, though details are scarce at the moment. In revealing their lineup of games they will be bringing to Gamescom later this month, the studio revealed they also plan to share "details on a new next-gen IP currently in development."
Ubisoft already showed of a few next-gen titles at E3 including The Crew, which will also be at Gamescom, and Tom Clancy's The Division, which sadly will not be. Other already announced titles that will be playable at Ubisoft's booth include Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag, Rayman Legends, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell, Watch Dogs, The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot, and a bunch of Might & Magic games.
“This year’s Gamescom is particularly exciting because it’s the first time players can really get their hands on the next-gen consoles and games they have been waiting for,” said Yves Guillemot, co-founder and CEO, Ubisoft. “Gamescom is a unique opportunity for us to connect face-to-face with our fans and listen to their feedback, and we think they’ll love what we’re bringing to this year’s show.”
