Ubisoft working on fix for players locked out of The Division

Prior to The Division's release, Ubisoft began fixing any glitches and issues that had become apparent in the beta. The first post-release patch fixed any additional issues and brought general improvements to the game, however, there has been one issue that has been plaguing some players for some time.

Some players (via Reddit) have been met with an inventory bug that locks them out from the game altogether, typically, after having crafted a High-End backpack. The issue has brought plenty of frustration to players, as Ubisoft had yet to comment on it despite countless forum posts on the subject.

A response to the issue has finally come from Ubisoft!

Ubisoft's community manager Natchai Stappers took to the forum to reveal that Ubisoft has heard The Division players and they are looking to resolve the issue.

"We are aware that some of you are experiencing an issue where you are locked out of your account.

This is usually caused by having crafted a High-End backpack. We are looking to resolve this, it's one of our main priorities at the moment."

To help Ubisoft resolve the issue as fast as possible, they ask you head to their forum and answer a set of questions.
