UDON bringing The History of Sonic the Hedgehog to North America

UDON Entertainment has announced that it will be bringing a special in-depth look at Sonic the Hedgehog in one massive book. Originally released by French publisher Pix'n Love and Sega, The History of Sonic the Hedgehog chronicles the famous blue blur's storied history into one collection of factoids and pretty pictures.

The hardcover book will consist of 300 pages of pure Sonic goodness, recalling every single video game appearance and crossover by the speedy hedgehog. Character bios, promotional art, and even rare concept art will all be featured in The History of Sonic the Hedgehog.

If you're a Sonic fan, definitely be on the lookout for this special book. I know I'll be snagging a copy for myself. The History of Sonic the Hedgehog launches in North America this coming September. It'll sport a $49.99 price tag, but you can score it for $31.81 through Amazon (thanks, Destructoid!).
