A new Unreal Engine 3-powered game has hit the App Store at a premium price.
Chinese developer Wiishare Interactive Technology has opted not for the free-to-play model, which is highly popular in China, but rather for the premium app model for the Western release of Wanderer: War Song.
The third-person action-role-playing game costs $5 for iPhone and iPad and features a background based on Greek and North myths. It offers a full 3D perspective and real-time special effects, so it's no wonder that Wiishare is comparing it to Chair Entertainment's popular Infinity Blade.
The gameplay uses virtual twin-stick controls with general swipes, time-based attacks, and blocks.
War Song is the first chapter of the Wanderer series. It's also coming to Android, according to the game's website.
