Upcoming ‘Flash’ movie might have found its director

Seth Grahame-Smith is currently in negotiations at Warner Bros.

Breaking news coming from The Hollywood Reporter suggest that Seth Grahame-Smith is currently in negotiations at Warner Bros. to write and direct the upcoming comic book superhero movie, The Flash.

You might remember Grahame-Smith from his previous work — Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter and Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. The reason he probably was eyed for the position is because he has made an established name for himself at Warners, where he is currently writing LEGO Batman.

Originally the LEGO Movie duo, Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, were in talks of directing the movie, but now they have eyes set on the upcoming Han Solo Star Wars movie. The CW’s Flash has become very popular, but the movie will be introduced to a whole new Flash— Ezra Miller.  The Flash will first be introduced in Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice, but his movie won’t release until March 3, 2018.

Grahame-Smith will be working alongside Charles Roven, who will be producing the movie. Deborah and Zack Synder are also part of the crew, they will act as executive producers. This will be Grahame-Smith’s feature directional debut, stick with GameZone for further updates.
