Update: Kit Harington has been confirmed as the game's main antagonist. A new video has been posted to the official Call of Duty Twitter account. Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will also be the featured game on the cover of the July issue of Game Informer.
Original Story: A new video (via
Mashable) surfaced the internet of Game of Thrones star, Kit Harrington (Jon Snow), entering a large motion-capture cage, seemingly confirming his appearance in the upcoming
Call of Duty, Infinite Warfare.
The reason why Call of Duty is thrown into the rumor mill is because the machine Harrington enters is identical to the machine that Call of Duty Black ops 3 used for Marshawn Lynch.
Entertainment Weekly also notes that whatever Harington is working on will be revealed later his week, right in time for E3 2016.
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is said to have a large presence at E3 so there is a good chance that we can get our first look at Harrington in the game. Who he plays still remains a mystery, but in the past couple of years, these high budget actors tend to play as the main villain.
