Valusoft Announces Las Vegas Casino: Player’s Collection

VALUSOFT AND
INFIKNOWLEDGE SIGN PUBLISHING DEAL FOR NEW LAS VEGAS-STYLE CASINO GAME

Deal Marks Seventh Contract Between PC
Publisher and Developer

Moncton, NB – Feb 4th, 2003, InfiKnowledge ULC today announced
they will again team up with ValuSoft®, a division of THQ® Inc. (NASDAQ: THQI)
and leading global publisher of interactive entertainment and productivity
software, to develop a Las Vegas Casino: Player’s Collection for the PC.

This Las Vegas-style game gives players a chance to hit the
virtual jackpot with 6 authentic games.  Featuring Black Jack, Poker, Craps,
Roulette, Baccarat and Slots, gamers will find themselves in the heart of
world-class gambling action with real casino action, real odds and real fun.

Las Vegas Casino: Player’s Collection is rated “E” for Everyone
and will ship to major computer software and mass merchant retailers in February
for $9.99 SRP.

InfiKnowledge is no stranger to ValuSoft or the entertainment
space, as it secures its seventh contract with the consumer-priced software
publisher.  Previously, InfiKnowledge has created the Millennium Gamepak series
for ValuSoft, which has sold more than 420,000 units, as well as the 100+ Great
Games line with more than 360,000 units sold.

“InfiKnowledge continues to produce high-quality games, on time
and on budget,” states Scott Zerby, Vice President of ValuSoft.  “This
reliability is a major contributing factor in the longevity of this
relationship,”

“I cannot say enough about ValuSoft’s quality as a publisher,”
says George Donovan, VP of Business Development of InfiKnowledge.  “Having
created 6 other titles for them, we know how successful their sales, marketing
and development teams are at retail product placement and helping products reach
their full sales potential.”

“In the down-turned economy people look to entertainment to lift
their spirits but remain cash conscious,” continues George Donovan.  “With that
in mind, our compilation packs allow consumers to purchase products at a price
they are happy with while offering them games that appeal to a wide array of
interests.  The Vegas Casino game pack is yet another example of this.”
