Another year of ruthless gaming competition is upon us. After the qualifying stages, we now are well into the Wild Card matches, which consist of a four team double-elimination bracket. The four teams fighting for their spot in the group stage are CDEC from China, Vega Squadron hailing from Russia, Team MVP out of Korea, and Archon representing the United States. After the Wild Card Elimination we move directly into the Group stage tomorrow. The main event begins on August 3rd and will end on the 8th of August with the conquering Champions, the group that will take home more than six million US. A total that will no doubt help when the Steam Winter Sales fire off.
The battles started this morning at 9am PDT, so there's plenty of action to see today and in the coming days. Just check out one of the streams below!
