Viewtiful Joe is a $2 add-on fighter in Combo Crew

Earlier this week, The Game Bakers announced Capcom brawling star Viewtiful Joe would be a new fighter in its own beat-em-up, Combo Crew. Today Capcom released new details about the character.

Viewtiful Joe is available to download as a $2 in-app purchase in Combo Crew, which released for iOS and Android earlier this year. For now, though, he only costs 99 cents in celebration of PAX. The discount lasts until September 3.

The character is fully playable, with his own set of combo moves. He first appeared in Viewtiful Joe for the Nintendo GameCube in 2003 and later the PlayStation 2.
